A Passcode and User ID are required to access this website.


  • If you enrolled through a call center rep, you have already established a Passcode that you must use on this site or when you call the call center
    Note: Since you have not established a User ID you will need to use your Social Security Number (no dashes) and that Passcode to access this web site.
  • If you enrolled online, you established both a User ID and Passcode that you must use on this site.

Forgotten Passcode

If you are a current employee, get your Passcode sent to your work email address by doing the following:

Step 1 - Return to the Login Page
Step 2 - Click on Forgot Your Passcode?
Step 3 - Click on Email a Passcode Reminder
Step 4 - Enter SSN (no dashes), First Name, Last Name, Zip Code, Birth Date (mm/dd/yyyy) and work email address

For active and former employees/retirees: You can also have a reminder of your Passcode sent to your mailing address on file by choosing Mail a Passcode Reminder and entering your User ID.

For former employees/retirees: You can login by entering your User ID and answering the challenge questions you set up when you first enrolled. Choose Answer Challenge Questions.

Forgotten User ID

If you know your Passcode, you can send your User ID to your email address by doing the following:

Step 1 - Return to the Login Page
Step 2 - Click on Forget Your User ID
Step 3 - Enter SSN (no dashes), First Name, Last Name, Zip Code, Birth Date (mm/dd/yyyy), Passcode and email address.

You can have your User ID sent to your mailing address on file by clicking "Mail a Reminder" and entering your SSN.
