First Time Users
If you are a first time user of the site your initial User ID is your Social Security number (Enter this as 9-digit number with no dashes) and initial passcode for security purposes will be mailed to your home address.
Important Note:
If you have never accessed the web before, but have dialed into the call center and established a new Passcode there, enter same numeric Passcode you established when you dialed into the call center as your website Passcode.
