First Time Users

If you are a first time user, your intial PIN has been set to the last 6 digits of your SSN.

You will be required to create a new PIN the first time you log onto the site. You will use your Employee ID or assigned User ID and PIN of your choosing to log onto the site thereafter.

If you have forgotten your assigned User ID, you can request a "User ID Reminder" emailed to you or mailed to your address on record by choosing "Forgot Your User ID?".

Important Note:
If you have never accessed the web before, but have dialed into the call center and established a new PIN, enter your Employee ID or assigned User ID as outlined above and the same numeric PIN you established when you dialed into the call center as your Web site PIN.
