Having Trouble Logging In? Your User ID is your Employee ID printed on your ULA badge (If you left employment before September 1, 2008, your User ID is your Social Security number). Please note that if your Employee ID is less than eight digits you must add leading zeroes. For example, 123456 should be entered as 00123456.
If you are logging in for the first time, your Password is the MMDDYY of your birth date. When you log in for the first time, you will be asked to change your Password. After doing so, be sure to click on the link to activate the “Forgot Your Password” function.

By initiating a transaction through BenefitsWeb, you are authorizing the Plan Administrator to process each transaction as if you had given written, signed authorization to do so. If you permit anyone to access or use BenefitsWeb you are responsible for all activities and transactions conducted by that person. If you believe someone may attempt to or has already gained access to your benefit information without your permission, immediately notify the ULA Benefits Center.
