If you are accessing the Web site for the first time:
Your initial User ID will be your Social Security number omitting dashes, (e.g., for a Social Security number of 111-22-3333, initial User ID would be 111223333).
Your initial Passcode will be the last four digits of your Social Security number, with your two-digit month and two-digit day of birth (e.g., for a Social Security number of 111-22-3333 and a birthday of September 7, initial Passcode would be 33330907).
Please note, if you have previously contacted the Exelis Benefits Center and have already changed your initial Passcode; please use that new Passcode on this Web site.

If you have changed the initial User ID, you will need to enter that new User ID when accessing your account through the Web site, not your Social Security number. Once you create a User ID, your Social Security number can no longer be used to access the Web site. However, your Social Security number will always be your User ID when calling the Exelis Benefits Center.
