If you are an active staff member or a staff member on a leave of absence and you are accessing the Web site for the first time, you will need:

  • Your staff ID All staff ID numbers must be six digits. If your staff ID number is fewer than six digits, use zeroes before your staff ID number. (For example, if your staff ID equals "3451", you would enter "003451").
  • Your PIN - The first time you log in, your PIN is the last four digits of your Social Security number and the MMDD of your birth date. Once you log on for the first time, you will be required to reset your PIN.

If you are enrolling in COBRA or are already enrolled in COBRA and are accessing the Web site::

  • You should enter your Social Security Number in the staff ID field.
  • If you have previously accessed this website (even as an active staff member), use the same PIN that you used previously to access this website. If you have never accessed this website, you default PIN is the last four digits of your Social Security number and the MMDD of your birth date. Upon logging in for the very first time, you will be asked to change your PIN.
